In the island of Samoa, inhabitants have a very special and curious custom: any inhabitant can gift you his name as a sign of friendship. Afterwards, all the inhabitants call for a meeting where all the people take part. In that meeting, among all the inhabitans, it's decided which name put to that who has gifted his name.
